MANY THANKS for considering our studio to create your Custom Church Directory and offer professional portraits to your families. We strive to create images to be cherished for a lifetime. We offer on site photography at your church and for local churches, make-up sessions conducted at our studio in Decatur, IN. To give you an idea what to expect using our studio, please read on.

• Complimentary directory and (1) 5x7 family portrait will be provided to EACH family photographed.
  No purchase necessary. This is to encourage as many families to participate for an updated image.

• No phone committee needed! The church office is not involved with appointments. We process all the family portrait appointments. Online appointment, email and text reminders by the studio.

• “Hands Free” Directory Layout Program means we do almost all the work.

• Distribution of portraits: All orders placed through the online gallery is shipped directly to each family.

NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES! NO HIGH-PRICED PACKAGE DEALS!

Our online galleries allows for families to check into the churches full gallery, locate their album of images from their session and select just what they need, no more, no less. Families can create their own packages and once their qualifies, apply a code to save money.

SHUT-INS ARE NOT ‘SHUT OUT’ IN OUR DIRECTORIES

We go out of our way to include Shut-ins in the Directory. we provide ways for them to participate. We’ll even arrive at the nursing home. No charge if studio photographs the person or family. ($15 charge for photos submitted by family for inclusion in family pages and must be high resolution for quality purposes)

LET US SHOW YOU HOW GOOD DIRECTORIES CAN BE!

1. We meet with a committee to start the collection of photos for the activity pages. This step will start about three months before we start the family portraits. This will improve the completion of the directory soon after the family portraits are completed. we want this step completed before we start the family portraits.

2. Photograph the families

3. Review the proof of the book and correct any errors.

4. Print and distribute the directories.

We provide you the option to download copies direct from the online gallery OR receive on a custom flash drive of each family photographed and individual head shots for your church software person records. Images provided are the optimal resolution for use on church website or other print reproduction needs. (Not suitable for portrait printing)
