Review of all contracts with vendors and finalized vendor list
Detailed timeline and floor plan
Discuss wedding ceremony, design and style, as well as musical selections.
Discuss who will perform each tasks in ceremony (Bridesmaids, groomsmen, Mothers, Fathers, etc)
Design the line-up and execution of the ceremony
Wedding Rehearsal
A wedding attendant will attend rehearsal for 2 hours.
Direct rehearsal flow, advice and coordinate and suggest ceremony details. Will ensure officiant follows all wishes for traditional and non-traditional ceremony elements.
Discuss responsibilities of the wedding party with each member.
Transport items from rehearsal to reception.
Wedding Day
Direct each member of party for pre-ceremony pictures and after ceremony pictures
Oversee vendor arrival/main point of contact for vendors
Direct ceremony and reception flow
Provide assistant to Photography for all needed photos.
